Dublin BER Services is a fully insured, SEAI registered organisation dedicated to providing high-quality Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments. Our expertise is reflected in the value of our services, ensuring accurate, reliable results. As every property is unique, the time, effort, and resources needed to complete the assessment and generate the final report will vary.
Several factors can influence the final price of the assessment, including:
- Location of property
- Size of property
- Type of property
- Energy Systems
- Extensions
- Conversions
- Additional complexities (extension, other upgrade works – heat pumps, new windows etc.)
- Accessibility
Below is a guide price for a Domestic BER. All prices are inclusive of the €30 SEAI Publication fee to publish a certificate on the national BER register.
